Design & Build Custom Workholding
We provide full design services and specialize in designing hydraulic, pneumatic & manual workholding fixtures, special machines, gages and tooling.
Our degreed mechanical engineers use the latest in 3D design software, such as Solid Works®, in conjunction with Cosmos Finite Element Analysis software®.
Projects are manufactured in-house by skilled machinists and assembly technicians. All pieces are tested for quality to meet critical tolerances while being tracked throughout our facility through our Global Shop ERP System.
When a job is completed, we provide our customers with a detailed project notebook containing inspection reports, finalized detailed drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, spare parts listings, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics, and any other pertinent information.
In addition to the hard copy of the project notebook, a CD containing the same information plus digital photos is provided.
